Since the Steem blockchain froze earlier this week, the exchanges have disabled the deposits and withdrawals of Steem. The exchanges can now update their Steem software to version 0.20.1 which was released 2 days ago, but I expect that most exchanges will wait until Steem has successfully forked to HF20 next Tuesday, September 25, 15:00:00 UTC (11:00:00 EDT). Hopefully we will be able to deposit and withdraw Steem again on most exchanges by the end of next week.
The charts below show how much STEEM is stored on each exchange where STEEM is listed. As you can see in the charts some people still try to deposit Steem in the last 4 days, even though the exchanges have disabled their wallets.
