Delicious Creemy Cheesecakes
Another dish, familiar to all from childhood. Many housewives experiment with recipes cheesecakes (or curd). Others believe that the classic version is perfect.

Ingredients
- 500 g of cottage cheese;
- ¼ tsp salt;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- 2 tablespoons of flour;
- 1 egg;
- 30 g butter;
- sour cream or jam - to serve.
Cooking
In a deep bowl, pound curd with a fork. Add to it salt, sugar and flour, break an egg. Knead the dough. It should be soft, but not sticky to hands. If the cottage cheese is too fat and moist and the dough does not stick together, add a little more flour.
From the resulting curd, form patties about 2 cm thick. Fry cheesecakes in butter for about 5 minutes on each side.
Serve cheesecakes better hot, although in the cooled form they are very tasty. They can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or poured over with jam. Those who like the less sweet version eat cheesecakes with sour cream.
