My Actifit Report Card: July 15 2019

Another 5k+ milestone!

Hit the gym today. Did some cardio; 30 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes on the rowing machine.

I also did some weight lifting for my glutes and legs. Then a quick core workout and finished off on some stretching.

It's been a busy and productive day for me. How did your day go?
