Easter garden harvest

This is going to be a very short post. Before heading down to see some friends in Sydney, I went in the garden and harvested what was available in the garden and bring them with us.

It’s Autumn here and the garden is slowly starting to die off. The Chokos are the only plant going well and still producing lots of fruits. We have been eating them for two or three weeks now and they are so juicy and sweet when eating them right after harvest. So far we have prepared them as stir fried, in a soup or boiled/steamed.

The Okra is getting very weak due to the cold and the Sunshine chilli is giving it’s last fruits of the season.

That’s it for today. Happy Easter Holidays everyone.
