Local restaurant that you must try in Busan
Gijang is one of the most fast developing areas in Busan. Gijang is located between Haeundae-gu and Ulsan in northern Busan, South Korea. It's getting so popular to local Busan people and so as tourists. They have a lot of famous cafes and restaurants, and I want to introduce you my favorite restaurant in Gijang :)
They serve boiling spicy soup with minced beef and mushrooms, followed by handmade chopped noodles and fried rice.
Many of you guys may not know that I'm not originally from Busan. I lived in so many different cities in South Korea when I grew up, and I moved to here when I was 19. Compare to another cities, it's hard to find a restaurant that makes their own Kimchi in Busan. But Ulkeney restaurant serving their own specialty homemade Kimchi as a side dish.
Every table had two bottle of sauces which is soy sauce and wasabi sauce, these are for dipping beef and mushrooms. You can mix these two as you prefer.
Handmade chopped noodles!! :)
If the soup starts to boiling you can add minced beef and few seconds later if the beef changed to brown color, you can dip it in the sauce.
This dumplings are not included for the soup but I ordered separately.
If you finished minced beef you can add these noodles.
This soup taste really plain but I don't know why it soooo good?!
Our last course is fired rice. If you ask to staff they would make fried rice for you :) This amazing course meal is coast only $8!!! If you guys come and visit Busan please visit this restaurant!
