The great weather is back, and it really helped make the jump an easy one this morning!!
Really funny what happened, just as I jumped in. I thought a passerby across the river was yelling at me, turns out it was about his dog hahha... Just goes to show how self conscious I am when I have a live audience hahah :P
I was in a much better mood, compared to yesterday, and I'm glad I was for this Day 30 Jump, because I've decided that this will be my last daily post for now, while I change things up a little bit.
Will I still be doing my morning jumps? Yes, absolutely. It has become part of my routine, and it brings me so much good, so for my own sake, I wouldn't dare quit it anytime soon.
Why have I decided to stop posting my river jumps daily for now? Because in all honesty, I feel like I've been on autopilot with these daily postings. I don't want to lose heart or purpose in why I started doing all of this in the first place, and I want to be as authentic as I can be with this.
So I am giving myself this break, to work out how I want to showcase these jumps from now on :)
This little break from posting daily will also give me a chance to focus on this big week I have, it will give me more quality time to spend with loved ones, and a chance to post my random stuff again!

You can read the back story of why I'm doing this here: @redrica/fhbajd67

But the gist is: I am doing cold plunges into the river for cold therapy, a new morning ritual I'm doing for my mental wellness. I am posting clips of myself doing this and posting it on Social Media to help raise awareness for Mental Health, and also Steem.
I will usually only post a clip on Twitter and Instagram, and will post the full video on Dtube and Youtube.

Thank you so much to everyone who've been following and supporting me so far! I really appreciate all of it!
Let me know if you have any fun suggestions or thoughts!
Much Love from Red
