Psycho Actifitting and Extreme Push-ups on My Actifit Report Card: February 19 2019

This @actifit fitness tracker is the coolest app. I’m so motivated to get back in great shape, because of @actifit.

I’m not in terrible shape now, but I want better.

I did over 200 push-ups today, and I will continue to do them until I go to bed.

I had two longer walking journeys today, but most of my quality @actifit activity was resistance training.

I did a late evening walk, and ran up some parking structure stairs.

I did some serious #Actifitting today, my #Actifit friends. #SteemOnDudes!
