Ask and you shall receive!

We needed wood-chips, so we asked for them. My neighbor has been clearing some property to build something on and I started to see little piles of woodchips being dumped in his yard... So one day I asked what he intended to do with them because we needed woodchips for a couple projects. He said serve yourself, so I did.
But that wasn't much of a pile and we needed quite a lot more. I ended up asking two different people who own Tree Service companies I saw driving by and about two weeks later, we had a large pile of woodchips dropped off where we wanted it!
What you can do, which I have seen also works, is make a sign that says WOODCHIPS NEEDED or WANTED with easy directions as to where to drop them off.
Some friends have also had them delivered by calling local tree service companies.
Look what's coming up out of the pile:

I believe they are Coprinopsis atramentaria or common inky caps... they say it's edible but can be poisonous when combined with alcohol!!! Here the wiki on it. The photo doesn't look very much like it but when I did an image search and read more into it, I'm pretty sure it's what it is. Some say the fungi kills seedlings from their gardens... especially strawbale gardens!
If they're edible, I see how this problem could be the solution!
Be happy and more of happiness will come..
