And to think that every beginning of the year, all of us making promises, setting goals and trying everything to achieve that the year that begins is better than the year that passed. We know that this is not always the case and often, despite our best efforts, things do not go as planned.
This year 2023 I believe not one of the best years for me, with many expenses and complications, I am living with my family on the limit of what is possible in relation to our finances and that, whether I like it or not, influences the achievement of any goal. A year that has been a tough one for me, a true challenge of sanity and calm with any and all situations.

Taking stock so far, of course I had some good times and some goals achieved, but I can say with all the words that this year was very warm not to say cold. Here, in reality, I didn't have many amazing things to do and despite some more silly goals (perhaps for those who read) I was very happy with some things like:
- I regained some lost friendships and that for me was something really nice, because what happened that gave in to those friendships hurt me a lot.
- I managed to help my wife with her salon, with some projects and improvements that she wanted to have, so I always say that her dreams also become part of my dreams too.
- I learned to live more presently with my children and my wife, something I urgently needed to do.
- We started going to a psychologist together (my wife and I) and that helped us a lot in our relationship, it didn't end all the problems, but it improved considerably.
And well, that's what I can say was my accomplishments this year, like I said, small and silly things for many, but for me it's what I managed to accomplish and it was super important to me.
Reinforcing, having money and/or resources is indispensable for us to be able to do something nice in life, such as a trip, buying a car, buying a house, clothes or anything else.
Without resources, it is difficult to achieve some goals, except for the most “mental” goals, if we can call them that, the most abstract ones, like recovering a lost friendship, changing some habit or addiction, or thinking about a radical life change. I believe that these points are more internal, depending more on willpower and focus on changing your life routines.

Now if I can say that something went right this year, it was my evolution within the hive. This is a goal that I focus on with all my might, because I strongly believe that I can conquer my financial freedom here, or at least have a good second income, whether passive or with the creation of posts.
My evolution here this year has been incredible due to all the support from the Brazilian community and its members, as well as my focus on posting the most varied and qualitative content possible here on a daily basis. I'm happy with my performance and I see that I'm being recognized more and more.
As much as many think it's crazy, I say that I not only know or am here at Hive in passing, I live Hive, believing, trusting, donating my time to always try to bring something more to everyone, as well as to read and learn with the shares of the other members.

Adapting myself to the news, the rules of ethics and good customs that are emerging, I always try to do everything with the greatest care and attention possible. My goal is to continue growing, becoming an even greater reference for those who want to live Hive as I do.
So, right now, I have 5,792.281 HP and I want to try to close this year with at least 7,000 HP, which would give me 1,207.719 HP to conquer. It's a big challenge, I don't know if I'll succeed, but it would be a good goal to reach this amount, to start 2024 off on the right foot at Hive.
With that, I have this commitment to continue evolving, to gain prominence and visibility, in order to become a reference. Increasing my HP is something that will help not only me, but everyone who is part of the community and that is what I most want to achieve, everyone's respect and affection.

E pensar que todo começo de ano, todos nós fazendo promessas, traçamos objetivos e tentamos de tudo concretizar que o ano que se inicia seja melhor do que o ano que passou. Sabemos que nem sempre é assim e muitas vezes apesar do nosso esforço as coisas não saem como o planejado.
Esse ano de 2023 acredito que não um dos melhores anos para mim, com muitos gastos e complicações, estou vivendo com a minha família no limite do possível em relação ao nosso financeiro e isso, querendo ou não, influência na realização de qualquer objetivo. Um ano que tem sido uma barra pesada para mim, um verdadeiro desafio de sanidade e calma com toda e qualquer tipo de situação.

Fazendo um balanço até o momento, claro que tive alguns momentos bons e alguns objetivos realizados, mas posso dizer com todas as palavras que este ano foi bem morno para não dizer frio. Aqui na realidade não tive muitas coisas incríveis a se fazer e apesar de alguns objetivos mais bobos (talvez para quem lê) fiquei bem feliz com algumas coisas do tipo:
- Reatei algumas amizades perdidas e isso para mim foi algo bem legal, pois o que aconteceu que cedeu com essas amizades me machucava bastante.
- Consegui auxiliar a minha esposa com o salão dela, com alguns projetos e melhorias que ela queria ter, então sempre falo que os sonhos dela também se tornam em parte meus sonhos também.
- Aprendi a conviver de forma mais presente com meus filhos e minha esposa, algo que precisava urgentemente fazer.
- Começamos a ir em uma psicóloga juntos (eu e minha esposa) e isso nos ajudou bastante na nossa relação, não acabou com todos os problemas, mas melhorou de forma considerável.
E bem, isso é o que consigo dizer que foi minhas realizações esse ano, como disse, coisas pequenas e bobas para muitos, mas para mim foi o que consegui realizar e foi super importante para mim.
Reforçando, ter dinheiro e/ou recursos é indispensável para podermos realizar alguma coisa bacana na vida, como uma viagem, comprar um carro, comprar uma casa, uma roupa ou qualquer outra coisa.
Sem recursos, é complicado realizar alguns objetivos, exceto os objetivos mais “mentais”, se assim podemos chamá-los, os mais abstratos, como recuperar uma amizade perdida, mudar algum hábito ou vício, ou pensar em uma mudança radical de vida. Acredito que estes pontos são mais internos, dependendo mais de força de vontade e foco em mudar suas rotinas de vida.

Agora se posso dizer que algo deu certo esse ano, foi a minha evolução dentro da hive. Esse é um objetivo que foco com todas as minhas forças, pois acredito demais que posso conquistar minha liberdade financeira aqui, ou pelo menos ter uma boa segunda renda, seja passiva ou com a criação de postagens.
Minha evolução aqui neste ano foi incrível por conta de todo o apoio da comunidade brasileira e seus membros, assim como o meu foco em postar diariamente aqui os conteúdos mais variados e qualitativos possível. Estou feliz com o meu desempenho e vejo que estou sendo cada vez mais reconhecido.
Por mais que muitos achem loucura, digo que não apenas conheço ou estou aqui na Hive de passagem, eu vivo a Hive, acreditando, confiando, doando o meu tempo para tentar sempre trazer algo a mais para todos, assim como também para ler e aprender com os compartilhamentos dos outros membros.

Me adaptando as novidades, as regras de éticas e bons costumes que vem surgindo, tento sempre realizar tudo com o maior carinho e atenção possível. Meu objetivo é continuar crescendo, me tornando uma referência maior ainda para aqueles que desejam viver a Hive assim como eu.
