A conversation on the Discord of the HiveBR community reminded me of my beginner days here at #Hive, when I was still understanding how things worked and I was surprised to see that actually creating content gave me some kind of return. After all, leaving the web2 bubble where to earn money with content you need to be some kind of famous or create crazy things to get attention, here, simply the work and effort is rewarded as you lead your career.
The subject discussed on our server was about the number of posts per day that we should do, in which people who are starting often want to create many posts per day, thinking that this will bring great rewards and somehow this can speed up the process. your growth here.

This point, once again enters that set of guidelines of “hive ethics”, after all, with a pool of rewards shared by everyone, sometimes creating many posts on the same day can be something that is frowned upon by the community. As I always say, here there is no set of rules that says what is right or wrong, but we have behaviors that can make you a person known for your effort and respect for these guidelines, or unfortunately, be known as someone who wants to be a smartass, looking to grow fast with “farm”, spam or low-effort posts.
What point do I want to get?
Exemplifying with what happened to me, there was a time when I created two posts a day, with very different subjects, usually one was free text posted in the Proof of Brain community and another about one of the #Hive games, therefore, very different subjects.
What I could see, despite the fact that at times the two posts reached an interesting value, was that necessarily the first post 99% of the time received a much higher value and number of votes than the second.
That way, after a few months in this work format, I realized that the effort was huge and the time was short, to create two posts a day and with a high quality. I then realized that this was not the best way to work with my content. I have a life, I need to live out here too.

So, the lesson I can share with newbies or anyone who has this question in mind is that creating one post a day is the coolest way to work, giving space for several other people to take advantage of the reward pool and so too , that you can focus a lot on creating a post that sends some accurate and relevant message, that is, that you can create something with a lot of quality.
Obviously, you should try to rest and replenish your energies, we tend to underestimate this, but it is, yes, important to stop and relax your body and mind!
Of course, there is also an idea that I totally agree with for those who have the time and desire to create interesting things, and for that reason, I don't see a problem with creating a maximum of 2 posts per day, with different subjects, high quality and there is at least one time considerable difference between them, something around 2 to 3 hours apart or even more.
I strongly believe in these two models of work, of course, as I said, it shouldn't be a feeling of duty to be fulfilled, it's just a compilation of experiences I've already had and the countless posts I've read on this subject, the best way to expose your ideas by the posts.
At hive, quantity equals quality?
So after all that, I can say that the answer to this question is quite simple: balance.
Knowing how to balance what you want to expose with what you want to receive is essential, as creating many posts on the same day, or even just the two I mentioned, can be a bad deal, an unnecessary effort with no return. Therefore, it may be that in one post per day you get more than 2 or 3 in the same day.
Quantity will not surpass anything in quality, given that generally the other posts you make, due to fatigue or time spent on the first one, come out well below expectations and there may even be a “farmer” judgment on them . That's one of the things I've learned and I'm sure to say: quality far outweighs the quantity of your posts here.
Showing another example, my last posts, which were one per day:
I have an idea that if I tried to post two a day, the second one would probably not get even half of what the first one managed to achieve, in addition to that, I imagine myself with an overload of stress and tiredness in trying to create two posts a day with more than 800 words, images and that still pass on some really important message, to achieve practically the same as doing this once a day.
So to finish, we live in a world and with rules of life that the more I have the faster I finish, the more I have the more I produce and well, ok, I agree with that too, basically our routine is this, speed up and produce more.
It turns out that you have to adapt to the places and times you live, so when you arrive at #Hive, things can be a little different from the routine, so always prioritize the quality of your posts, spend all your energy to create a sensational post, this is sure to outweigh any amount, proving to be a great way to get generous votes and a good payback.

Uma conversa no Discord da comunidade HiveBR me fez lembrar dos meus tempos de iniciante aqui na #Hive, quando ainda estava entendendo como as coisas funcionavam e ficava surpreso em ver que realmente criar conteúdo dava algum tipo de retorno para mim. Afinal, saindo da bolha da web2 onde para ganhar dinheiro com conteúdo você precisa ser algum tipo de famoso ou criar coisas malucas para chamar atenção, aqui, simplesmente o trabalho e esforço é recompensado a medida em que você conduz a sua carreira.
O assunto conversado no nosso servidor, era sobre a quantidade de postagens por dia que deveríamos fazer, no qual, as pessoas que estão iniciando muitas vezes desejam criar muitas postagens por dia, achando que isso trará grandes recompensas e de alguma forma isso possa acelerar o seu crescimento aqui.

Esse ponto, entra mais uma vez naquele conjunto de diretrizes da “ética da hive”, afinal, com um pool de recompensas compartilhado entre todos, às vezes criar muitas postagens no mesmo dia pode ser algo mal visto pela comunidade. Como sempre digo, aqui não tem um caderno de regras que diz o que é certo ou errado, mas, temos condutas que podem te tornar uma pessoa conhecida por seu esforço e respeito a essas diretrizes, ou infelizmente, ser conhecido como alguém que quer ser um espertalhão, querendo crescer rápido com “farm”, spam ou postagens de pouco esforço.
Qual o ponto que quero chegar?
Exemplificando com o que aconteceu comigo, houve uma época em que criava duas postagens por dia, com assuntos bem diferentes, geralmente um era texto livre postado na comunidade Proof of Brain e outro sobre algum dos jogos da #Hive, portando, assuntos bem distintos.
O que pude perceber, apesar de que em alguns momentos as duas postagens até que pegavam um valor interessante, era que necessariamente a primeira postagem 99% das vezes recebia um valor e quantidade de votos bem maior do que a segunda.
Dessa forma, após alguns meses nesse formato de trabalho, percebi que o esforço estava enorme e o tempo curto, para criar duas postagens por dia e com uma qualidade alta. Percebi, então, que este não era o jeito mais legal de trabalhar com meus conteúdos. Tenho uma vida, preciso viver aqui fora também.

Então, o ensinamento que posso compartilhar com os novatos ou para todos os que sentem essa dúvida na mente, é que criar uma postagem por dia seja o jeito mais legal de trabalhar, dando espaço para várias outras pessoas aproveitarem do pool de recompensas e assim também, que você possa focar bastante em criar uma postagem que passe alguma mensagem certeira e relevante, ou seja, que você possa criar algo com bastante qualidade.
Obviamente, você deve tentar descansar e repor as energias, nós costumamos subestimar isso, mas, é, sim, importante parar e relaxar o corpo e a mente!
Claro que também existe uma ideia na qual eu super concordo para aqueles que têm tempo e vontade de criar coisas interessantes e por isso, não vejo problema em criar no máximo 2 postagens por dia, com assuntos diferentes, qualidade alta e exista pelo menos um tempo considerável entre elas, algo em torno de 2 a 3 horas de diferença ou até mais.
Acredito fortemente nestes dois modelos de trabalhos, claro que como dito, não deve ser o sentimento de dever a cumprir, é apenas o compilado de experiências que já vivenciei e as inúmeras postagens que li sobre esse assunto, da melhor maneira de expor as suas ideias pelas postagens.
Na hive, quantidade é igual à qualidade?
Então depois disso tudo, posso dizer que a resposta para essa pergunta é bem simples: equilíbrio.
Saber equilibrar o que você deseja expor com o que deseja receber é fundamental, pois criar muitas postagens no mesmo dia, ou até mesmo apenas as duas que comentei, pode ser um mau negócio, um esforço desnecessário e sem retorno. Sendo assim, pode ser que em uma postagem por dia você consiga mais do que 2 ou 3 no mesmo dia.
Quantidade não irá superar em nada em qualidade, em vista que geralmente as outras postagens que você fizer, pelo cansaço ou pelo gasto de tempo na primeira, saiam bem abaixo do esperado e ainda pode ser que exista o julgamento de “farmer” em cima delas. Essa é uma das coisas que aprendi e tenho certeza de dizer: qualidade supera e muito a quantidade de suas postagens aqui.
Mostrando mais um exemplo, minhas últimas postagens, sendo que foram uma por dia:
Tenho uma ideia de que se tentasse realizar duas por dia, provavelmente a segunda não pegaria nem metade do que a primeira conseguiu conquistar, além de que, me imagino com uma sobrecarga de stress e cansaço em tentar criar duas postagens por dia com mais de 800 palavras, imagens e que ainda passem alguma mensagem realmente importante, para conseguir praticamente o mesmo que fazer isso uma vez por dia.
Então para finalizar, vivemos em um mundo e com regras de vida de que quanto mais tenho mais rápido termino, quanto mais tenho mais produzo e bem, ok, concordo com isso também, basicamente a nossa rotina é essa, acelerar e produzir mais.
Acontece que você têm que se adaptar aos lugares e momentos em que vive, então, ao chegar na #Hive, as coisas podem ser um pouco diferente da rotina, sendo assim, priorize sempre a qualidade de suas postagens, gaste toda a sua energia para criar uma postagem sensacional, isso com certeza supera qualquer quantidade, demonstrando ser um ótimo caminho para conseguir votos generosos e um bom retorno de pagamento.
