Just see how things are. This week I had made a post commenting on how the lack of financial education is bad for the evolution of a person who is going from adolescence to adulthood, in which we end up not holding any money to invest in something we can really do difference, while we don't have many commitments and debts.

Well, today, in the middle of Saturday, I come across something really cool, my children and some of their friends, creating bracelets and selling them here in the condominium where we live. Heck, they did it themselves! They had the idea of selling each bracelet for R$2.00 ($0.41) and thus raise money for their piggy bank.
I don't know which one of them initially had the idea of making and selling it, but the beads, which are small pebbles that are joined by a silicone thread to form bracelets or necklaces, are a gift that my daughter got it from her grandmother (my mother) and so they started to assemble, they took a table and three small chairs and thus set up their sales "base" at the entrance of the condominium.
After seeing them with this commitment, I made a point of printing the sheet that is nailed to their table, with the words "bracelets for sale", so that everyone can see it more clearly and be interested in buying. It was the way I found to help you today.
By the time of this post, they told me that they managed to raise R$16 ($3.26), so they managed to sell 8 bracelets to the residents of the condominium where we live.
I thought it was a very nice and cool attitude from the boys, I know that maybe they won't make it a routine every weekend, but if they do I really want to be there to help control their cash, showing how we can make a profit with this sale of bracelets.
I want to teach that we cannot take everything we get from sales and spend it without direction, therefore, what part of the resources there should we use to buy more materials and thus create more bracelets, necklaces and derivatives.
Of course, if the money is not enough to buy more materials, I can give them a little help! 😄
This kind of attitude that I repeatedly comment that the general population lacks, someone to teach and help children and adolescents, the value of money and sweat in winning it. I do not consider something like that as child labor, for example, extremely prohibited here in Brazil and I believe that in several places on our planet, but I believe that some theoretical and practical points should be widely taught to people from their first years of life.
Learning to live with money, saving, investing, undertaking and, above all, what hard work is like (so to speak, after all, they are children) to get money and thus divide it between bills to pay and pleasures to pay. Anyway, it was a very cool attitude and I was super positively surprised and I hope that soon I can spread even more to my children and their friends.
We have to agree that this is beautiful to see, isn't it? I'm super proud of them and I hope that with what they did today, they learned a lot. As soon as they get home, with the end of their working hours 😂, I want to give them a big hug and tell them how proud I am of them, in addition to explaining many things in the financial universe to them.

Vejam só como as coisas são. Essa semana havia realizado uma postagem comentando como a falta de educação financeira é ruim para a evolução de uma pessoa que está passando ali da sua fase de adolescência para adulto, no qual a gente acaba não segurando nenhum dinheiro para investir em algo que realmente possa fazer diferença, enquanto não temos muitos compromissos e dividas.

Bem, então hoje, em pleno sábado me deparo com uma coisa bem legal, meus filhos mais alguns amigos deles, criando pulseiras e vendendo aqui no condomínio onde vivemos. Caramba, eles fizeram isso sozinhos! Tiveram a ideia de vender cada pulseira por R$2,00 ($0,41) e assim conseguir levantar dinheiro para o cofrinho deles.
Não sei qual deles teve a ideia inicialmente de fazer e vender, mas, as miçangas, que são as pequenas pedrinhas que são unidas por um fio de silicone para formar as pulseiras ou colares, são um presente que a minha filha ganhou da avó dela (minha mãe) e assim começaram a montar, pegaram uma mesa e três cadeiras pequenas e assim montaram na entrada do condomínio a sua "base" de vendas.
Após ver eles com esse empenho, fiz questão de imprimir a folha que está pregada na mesa deles, escrito "vende-se pulseiras", para que todos possam ver com mais clareza e se interessem a comprar. Foi a forma que encontrei para ajudá-los hoje.
Até o momento dessa postagem, eles me falaram que conseguiram arrecadar R$16 ($3,26), sendo assim, conseguiram vender 8 pulseiras para os moradores aqui do condomínio onde moramos.
Achei uma atitude muito linda e legal dos meninos, sei que talvez eles não vão fazer disso uma rotina todo final de semana, mas, se forem fazer eu quero muito estar presente para ajudar a controlar o caixa deles, mostrando como podemos fazer lucro com essa venda de pulseiras.
Quero ensinar que não podemos pegar tudo o que conseguimos com as vendas e gastar sem direção, sendo assim, que parte ali dos recursos devemos usar para comprar mais materiais e assim criar mais pulseiras, colares e derivados.
Claro que se o dinheiro não der para comprar mais materiais, eu posso dar uma ajudinha para eles! 😄
Esse tipo de atitude que comento repetidamente que falta para a população em geral, alguém para ensinar e ajudar a crianças e adolescentes, o valor do dinheiro e do suor em conquistá-lo. Não considero algo assim como um trabalho infantil por exemplo, extremamente proibido aqui no Brasil e acredito que em vários lugares do nosso planeta, mas, acredito que alguns pontos teóricos e práticos deveriam ser amplamente ensinados para as pessoas desde os seus primeiros anos de vida.
Aprender a viver com o dinheiro, poupar, investir, empreender e principalmente, como é o trabalho duro (modo de dizer, afinal são crianças) para conseguir dinheiro e assim dividir entre contas a pagar e prazeres para bancar. Enfim, foi uma atitude bem legal e que fiquei super surpreso positivamente e espero que em breve possa divulgar mais ainda meus filhos e seus amigos.
Temos que concordar que isso é lindo de se ver não é? Estou super orgulhoso deles e espero que com o que fizeram hoje, tenham aprendido muitas coisas. Assim que chegarem em casa, com o fim do seu expediente 😂, quero dar um abraço bem forte neles e dizer como estou orgulhoso deles, além claro de explicar muitas coisas do universo financeiro para eles.
