What's up STACKERS!
For over a year, I've been buying and trying out tons of different kinds of protein bars that I can implement in my diet but failed with many of them.
Most protein bars are like regular candy bars, disguised as health bars. Most of them are filled with tons of sugar and unhealthy fats. 馃槀
Last Week, I thought I found a pretty good one called "Quest Protein Bars" but after looking at the ingredients, I'm like WTF is Insoluble Corn Fiber? (I usually check labels before I buy them!)
It's just another name for Maltodextrin! This Shit makes you fat by spiking insulin levels. These assholes are getting clever every year by using names to cover up their agenda!
However, I recently found some good ones without all the fake shit in it. 馃挬
These are called "Paleo and Primal Thin" Protein Bars. I'm not saying these are the best one out there but they don't include any artificial and processed crap that makes you fat.
So basically these new protein bars will be my "GO TO" when I need to snack on something when I'm on the road.
You can't go wrong with these (I hope).
Are you tired getting tricked by all these companies disguising as being healthy but it's really just making you fatter? I AM!
I'm going to have to start reading labels more often from now on. You just can't trust these companies anymore. SHESSH!!
