@karensuestudios and I had a lot of fun during our first karting experience! It's been a lot of firsts during those 2 weeks and a half!
Being Aware!
Whatever we do in life, everything is a first. Nobody ever got to live that day before, this 19th of April 2018. We don't know what awaits us or humanity.
Whatever we do, we should try to remain present. We should try to remain open to the beauty of this reality we're all experiencing at this very moment.
We're all experiencing it differently yet it connects us all.
Meditating Makes Me Happy!
I meditated today for the first time in months. I know I said I was meditating daily before @karensuestudios came to visit but what I was really doing was a breathing practice called pranayama.
So after my 48 pranayama breaths which I resumed doing every day since @karensuestudios left, I began meditating after being inspired by one of @shello's post mentioning the subject.

Breathe!
It felt so good. All those pranayama breaths over those weeks have left my breathing much more powerful and regenerative. I do them first thing in the morning in part because having a stomach full considerably lowers the efficacy of pranayama.
@shello was mentioning something to the effect that breathing is a good thing to focus on when meditating. She also highlighted the fact that she keeps wondering if she was exaggerating the inhalation or exhalation and not just witnessing her breathing.
The meditation I had today was very helpful for me. It was helpful in part because it allowed me to feel relaxed in a way that I rarely get to feel. That's the reason why I'm sharing my experience right now.
I gain from this practice and if we teach each other what is mutually helpful then everyone wins in a way that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Write!
I also resumed my daily diary. I write for at least 20 minutes every day. This doesn't include the time I spend writing my posts. Back to mutually being helpful to one another.
I've written something to that effect before but it is my understanding that if those who control the world today were to find a way to free themselves from the need to use force and be assured they wouldn't fall to a tyrant themselves then there would be little to no reasons for them to resist such a revolution.
It is this revolution that we're all part of. Our society isn't ruled by honest people. Simple logic proves this, yet a different world.
Someday perhaps soon, cooperation might overtake deception as the most prevailing form of human relation.

I felt so good during that meditation today or during that karting adventure with my good friend @karensuestudios, yet millions of people go hungry, don't have a roof, suffer at the hand of all sorts of deceptions and weaknesses all aggravated by our environment.
I write for prosperity, I write because I enjoy writing. I write because I love life. I write because it makes me feel good. I write and express myself to let other people know about my truth and I read and listen to learn about other people's truth.
I love because love it the foundation to everything. I love because I love. Whether there are some lovely persons around me or not doesn't matter. I love. Whatever I do, I try to enjoy. Even when I suffer, I try to enjoy, as I know, this to will come to past.
Let's try to be more aware of the positive impact we can have on our surrounding and on each other.
