1. Retirement
It remained the same. No income no way to save extra.
2. Car.
It remained the same.
3. Visa card
The prepaid phone numbers cost too much. I had to buy calling credit for three numbers! I need to make an extra payment to pay back what I used.
I am disappointed about it and this year at least two phone numbers will stop asap the calling credit is used.
4. SP
My success in the past week.
5. My weight.
I did well this week but on Saturday I ate. I ate junk food which is no good.
Since I drank three liters water I will not step on the scales now, tomorrow I will.
Still, it tasted good and it is as @fitinfun describes in her post Do you need to eat something just because it is there?. We are a product of how we are raised and if you get fat or do not stick to your diet it better do it with the food you really like.
Let's think what that can be...🤔
What I ate in the past week
Sunday:
3 small boiled eggs, peanuts.
Monday: cheese, 1 orange, canned tuna.
Tuesday:
cheese, 2 chicken burgers (no bread, no sauce, etc), 2 hot chocolate (water + cocoa and a bit milk), 2 dropjes
Wednesday:
green olives, cheese, 2 small eggs + slices bacon, 4 tablespoons pasta with pesto.
Thursday:
4 slices gelderse worst (it's a sausage), 2 small eggs, 2 hot chocolate (water, cocoa, bit milk), shared a snicker with the youngest, plate left pasta with soy sauce.
Friday:
1 slice gelderse worst, 2 small eggs, 1 pancake (water + oatmeal and a bit flour), 2 hot chocolate (water + cocoa and a bit milk), 3 "candies".
Saturday:
2 chocolate-peanut-muesli bars, 1/3 rookworst (smoked sausage), 1 hot chocolate (water + cocoa and a bit milk), 5 pieces chili cheese, french fries (shared with the youngest), 2 very small slices low carb bread with peanut butter. (The bread is not low carb it looks like normal bread with some sesame on top. I will not buy that again. What a waste of money.)
Conclusion
I had eggs, tuna, meat, one piece of fruit and olives.
I am fond of oatmeal/porridge but seldom eat it these days.
I clearly had a chocolate week but the good news is cocoa has hardly till zero carbohydrates.
I make it with hot water mainly. At least it makes the water taste better and gives me some variation.
The snickers were shared and because the youngest and I are pathetic and the bus-kid eats all of them.
Pancake is not my favorite and not what I expected from it (it never is).
The pasta tasted way better (no favorite of mine either but it cheap and it was good to have something warm in my stomach for a change).
Saturday was my "junk day".
Mainly bad food reasons the tests the youngest did. I offered it, next said let's better buy cheese, saw how disappointed it was and...
Okay, off to the Burger King (good we do not have fast-food restaurants where we live). For a change the french fries were warm.
The positive thing (at least I hope it is) about this day was I started eating at about noon and stopped at 5:30 pm. I did not eat the burgers and peas I made for the children either.
Let's see if it is true you lose weight if you only eat within a certain time limit (9 am - 5 pm, for example, = 8 hours). I have strong doubts about it. In one hour's time, only you can stuff yourself with more calories as you can lose by running 24 hours without a break. Ever figured out how many you have to do in the gym to burn that Snickers or Mars, you bought and ate at the gym's canteen, after one hour "sweating"?
It is good to know what you eat.
I no longer use the app "eetmeter". It only works if you have a good internet connection which I do not have.
In most cases if we eat it, has to do with me. I offer it. It would be better if I stop doing that. I guess it is part of how I am raised.
According to my watch I only burned 20 calories today.
It is 4 pm and my day is nearly over.
