My Actifit Activity Log [02.01.2019] #HighFiveFriday WINNER AND FEBRUARY GOAL SETTING

Here we are again!

Many people think that life is linear by nature but it us that lay plans in this way.

Everything about life seems to move in circular patterns. It’s #HighFiveFriday once again!

Surely that is proof enough for you... but if it isn’t consider how the earth 🌎 orbits around the sun creating night and day... summer and winter. Everything cycles through its movements and changes.

Knowing this... how does this, perhaps change, how you perceive life and your attainment of life’s ambitions? Working with nature rather than against it can be as difficult for us as deciding to hold back the tide... but I think looking at what is working and what is not is a smart way to move towards the attainment of any goal. Moving with the trend helps considerably! Rather than barreling your way upriver only to gain a couple inches maybe there is another more intelligent way that’s not as counter intuitive to reaching your goals?

Can you think of any benefits to thinking about your fitness goals in this way? Gaining feedback and being honest with yourself about your progress and the deeper underlying obstacles hindering your momentum could be instrumental in giving you the necessary push in the right direction!

Do you have something you have been wanting to do/achieve but every time you go for it you end up making little progress?

Maybe reverse engineering things and doing what’s counterintuitive would get you a different result?

Hey! It’s worth a try right! And here’s the thing... Thinking about your goals in a different way could give you the clarity needed to finding the path around rather than through the obstacles your experiencing?

Circular problem solving can sometime be frustrating especially if you don’t see how going around the problem is helping you directly confront the issues... but things can look a whole lot different when you switch things up!

Why not give it a try?

Maybe today is a good day to take another look at those fitness goals! After all... January 2019 is now over... and you know what that means right?

It means it’s now February and that means the gym is starting to thin out as people get distracted and give up on their health and fitness goals... better not to join their ranks! Stay true to you! You got this!

Select your activity:

Get 10,000 steps before 10am.

STEP 3

Take a screen shot of your @Actifit step count for proof of an #AutomaticWin.

STEP 4

At the end of the day post your proof of activity to the Steem blockchain with the @Actifit app as you normally would.

STEP 5

Include (along with the #Actifit hashtag) the #AutomaticWin hashtag and the screen capture proof you took when you got your 10,000 steps before 10am to your end of day post using the @Actifit app.

NOTE: You may also include the #AdventureWalk, #AdventureRun, or @AdventureClimb hashtags depending on what primary activity you did to get your #AutomaticWin! We will use this information to enhance the step statistics we publish during the course of any currently running Step Challenges! It should be noted that if you use more than one of the above hashtags the first and primary one will be utilized to generate statistics.
