In the Philippines, you can eat this lechon if there is a fiesta, wedding, graduation, and more. I love to eat this pork lechon but there are different kind of flavor that you can taste in different occasion.
I love the cooking style here in my hometown, i don't know the reason but the taste is different from other places. Like the crispiness of its skinn and the juiciness of the meat of the lechon.
