My Adobong Pusit

Howdy fellow Steemians! How's your day? Hope all is well.. So what do we have today? I wanted to share something i cooked for lunch . It's called "adobong pusit" here , but it's something like squid soup that you sautee first . I love how it taste most especially because of the squid ,i feel like it's a gum, but softer of course.

Ingredients :

1/2 kg. small sized squid
1 medium sized onion
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup ginger
a pinch of magic sarap
a pinch of salt
2 pieces red chili
2 teaspoon cooking oil
2 cups water

Procedure :

1) Heat the cooking fan and put in the cooking oil

2) Sautee garlic , onion and ginger

3) Add in the squid , let it simmer for 3 minutes

4) Add the water , salt and magic sarap

5) Simmer for 5 minutes

6) Serve hot and ready to eat
