Chef Jeff's Simple Orange Marmalade

In preparation for this week's @steemit-ironchef challenge, I have made a very easy orange marmalade. This delicious and tangy spread can be used in a variety of different ways and it will serve as the basis for my 'Orange' dish this week. It only takes a few simple ingredients and a little time. Here's how you can make your own Orange Marmalade:

Ingredients:

2 Medium Sized Naval Oranges
1/2 Cup of Water
1 Cup of Sugar

Step 1: Slice the Oranges

Slice the oranges into large pieces and remove the ends. Leave the peel on for a more bitter Marmalade.

Step 2: Blend the Oranges

Put the orange slices through a blender or food processor until well ground. Add half a lemon if you're feelin' extra citrusy.
