Are you ready for a quick healthy recipe?
This drink I did today is amazing!!! Sweet, chocolatish, nutritious and healthy!! And I served it cold, from the fridge!!! It was like a dessert! It gives you energy because of the almond milk, banana and peanut butter!!! Its full of protein, nutrients, antioxidants, and ofc carbos. Healthy ones!
I didnt have time for a complete photo shoot, but here's an idea of this yummy smoothie drink!

Ingredients:
- 1 + 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp natural unsweetened peanut butter
- 1 tsp lucuma powder
- 1 + 1/2 Tbsp carob powder
- 1 Tbsp Flaxseed
- 1 banana
- 1-2 dates (optional) if you like it sweeter;
As instructions, you dont need any: Just blend everything and your smoothie is done!

What is LUCUMA powder?
Lucuma it's a Subtropical fruit with valuable nutritional properties. It is made very often in powder. It provides 14 elements, containing a considerable amount of potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. It sustain tissues regeneration and has anti-inflammatory, anti-aging effetcts.
What is CAROB powder?
Carob has a taste similar to cocoa powder. It has a slightly sweet taste and is rich in vitamins, minerals and protein, but does not have the fats that cocoa powder has. Carob also is caffeine-free and high in fiber.
