Yoshiki Hayashi (林佳樹) a.k.a Yoshiki is a Japanese musician, Songwriter, composer, and record producer. He's part of a Japanese rock band from Chiba, X Japan with Toshimitsu Deyama (出山利三) a.k.a Toshi. He performs as a drummer and pianist while Toshi is the lead vocalist. X Japan is growing more and more now.

Yoshiki has so many talents in the musical industry besides his performance with X Japan and one of them is a music composer. "Tears" by X Japan was composed by Yoshiki himself. Billboard magazine described him as a "musical innovator".

His career is still ongoing even when he's just a pianist. He was in the Symphonic Concert 2002 at Tokyo City Philharmonic Orchestra. Tokyo City Philharmonic Orchestra is the oldest symphony orchestra in Japan.

On September 14, 2023, Yoshiki was honored in Hollywood with his handprints and footprints immortalized in cement outside the TCL Chinese Theatre for its Forecourt of the Stars. His drumstick is there too with the marks. I think it's already a big hit if you get something like this. It's a really big achievement especially for someone who's not in Hollywood to get this thing.

Now, he's on a World Tour this October and will go to London, Los Angeles, and New York. He still has a long road to go.

We are all born without anything. We get to know our talent as we grow up. Sometimes people with talent aren't honing their talent well and become stuck. With talent, a good mindset, and never stopping to hone our talents, I think someone can become like Yoshiki. He's like the motivator of never giving up and never giving a chance to hone your skills.
