Amulet of Disappearance - minor magic item

If this amulet is held in the hand while a target individual within eyesight is concentrated on for two full rounds, it’s owner becomes invisible to the target (and only the target). This effect lasts only as long as the target remains in eyesight, and also ceases if the amulet wearer attacks the target.

Use this minor magic item in your D&D 5e campaign or in any other pen and paper fantasy RPG.
