Calling Russia a "BLUFF" is warranted

In theory, Russia looks like the ultimate powerhouse. Wars are expensive thus, only real stable economies would sustain long-standing wars. Anyone who puts Russia ahead of these economic powerhouses is a dreamer. Remember War is not just about the bombs and machines, its all about economic gains. We tend to overrate Russia on many things, but the truth is that after the collapse of Soviet Union, Russia is nothing better than a tranquilized feline.
