It is winter, no doubt. It is cold and when I opened my eyes on Christmas day, it was snowing. The snowflakes were dancing in the air and when they touched the ground they melted. The snowfalkes play mesmerized me and despite the cold I wished to capture them. Well, the camera of the smartphone and the macro lens can help, but would they?
The perfect crystal structure of each snowflake is unique. To manage the shot that can show that perfection requires again patience and bit of luck.
Armed with both, patience and luck I went on the balcony. The big ones were falling on the railings and the pale colour did not help me at all.
From all the shots only two were relatively OK but I had to use some application to enhance and to turn the defects into effects.
The second picture I decided to post twice as I could not choose which option is better.
