This is a fantastic idea that has been thought up by a few members and put out there in the past week.

We all know about @ssg-community and it's role with the community. As this service does not require members to upvote are lose out, we need to find other ways to bring in some liquid money. So far we have been relying on @raybrockman and @thedamus to basically pony up the silver for raffles with all the ticket sales being donated to @ssg-community. We have had 2 months and need to stand on our 2 feet from on. Thank you to both of them guys for going that extra mile and sharing your stack for the greater good. And might i add, they gave away good stuff as well, no rubbish. The idea here is to gather up as many stackers as we can and do a silver and gold donation run. We collect everyone's donation in a list being held by i guess, @buggedout? After the donation run ends and we have a crap load of silver and maybe some gold, we run the raffle were tickets will be sold for whatever they are priced at. One lucky SOD will scoop the lot and im thinking this will be 50+ ozs prizepot. Each member that donates a piece is responsible for posting out the donated silver are gold to the winner.
I'm going to add a 2012 1oz silver britannia into the kitty. The 2012 is the last year for these to made in .958 silver and also the last year for these to have a limited mintage number which was 100,000. I have almost a full tube of these so can part with my for my Precious. This will the second ever time i have gave anyway silver for free, im a dead tight ass with my silver. Money and crypto, whatever, i dont care. If you get SSUK silver, you treasure it.. But Precious treats me really good with her daily upvotes and i am slave to her sweet stackitis song that i sing myself to sleep with every night.
