Spectrum Economics Challenge 6: bakeries

Good afternoon esteemed steemians on this occasion I address you thanks to Stage #6, of the contest initiated by the friend @spectrumecons, for this challenge there are 4 bakeries, which must decide whether it is better to cooperate or compete or cooperate with some and compete with other bakeries.

After analyzing the 4 bakeries, from my point of view the following should be done:

Thompson is a great bakery, as it produces a great abundance of products and allows it to offer a wide variety of cakes, breads and cakes to its customers, thus obtaining beneficial results, and excellent quality and even affordable cost. Currently Best Buy is a latent threat, because it also offers cakes but these are customized for any occasion, is a disadvantage that Thompson has and does not offer yet. Best Buy has updated equipment allowing them to customize their products much more efficiently. I believe that if these two bakeries were to join forces, they would be able to make great profits, as both of them obtain their ingredients in bulk and at the same price. If they could combine their manpower and innovative ideas in the development of their products, the results would be satisfactory, as the number of customers would increase, i.e. a large amount of cash flow would flow in.

For Yummy Yum Yum Yum Yum, most of her ingredients must pay a premium to get them, so when offering her cakes to the public, they must raise the value of the cost of the products in order to recoup the investment and make a profit, but her cakes are still of high quality, but they are affected compared to Thompson. Draxton's Cakes is dealing with Thompson, because although its products are high quality, their disadvantage is that they are new to the area and do not get a large mass of customers that Thompson has, but still have loyal customers but need to get more flow.

Therefore, a possible solution would be to ally Draxton's Cakes and Yummy Yum Yum Yum Yum to get the clientele they both need, lowering costs and these in turn allying with Thompson and Best Buy to make themselves known, as long as they are willing to cooperate and help these bakeries, if they accepted they could benefit, as they would not be a threat to each other, but would rather be allies, bringing great ideas and solutions.
