Finally, it's here! The Week 6 #sixweekhealth challenge has arrived!!! Thanks to @sweetsssj and @healthsquared #coachben for the series of healthy challenges activities. It is excellent and great initiative that has inspired me to try more options which has demonstrated by other steemians globally. This week challenge is about healthy recipe!
终于到了第六期最后一集,感谢@sweetsssj 和 @healthsquared #coachben 举办的 健康六周活动!很幸运这活动开阔了我的视野,让我学习各国人民不同的保健方法。这一期的#sixweekhealth 是关于健康营养餐。
Today, my choice of recipe is simplified version of sushi rice, thanks to @yethui okasan, Japanese host mother who taught us years ago that I still feel it is so tempting till now. She also mentioned that we can use local ingredients, not necessarily to look for that specific imported materials, and the taste is fine.
今天,我选择做简易版的寿司饭,那是很多年前我的另一半 @yethui 的日本妈妈亲自示范、分享的食谱。她说一切都可以就地取材,不用特意去买指定的材料。
And so, our raw material is very simple and easy to get such as fruit vinegar, brown sugar, rock salt, Japanese Calrose rice, cucumber, carrots, eggs, seaweed and sesame.
因此,材料非常简单也容易取得,只需要普通果醋、黄糖、盐、日本珍珠米、黄瓜、红萝卜、鸡蛋、紫菜、芝麻。
First, wash the rice and steam it with rice cooker.
首先,清洗米粒,用饭锅煮熟。
Then, prepare apple or fruit vinegar A: mixed 150ml apple vinegar with 120ml water, add 2 tablespoons brown sugar, and pinch of salt, stir and mix it well. (Sugar or water can adjusted to your own preference)
接着,准备醋酱汁A:把约150 ml 的苹果醋混合120 ml 白开水,放入两汤匙黄糖,再加入少许盐,然后溶解均匀。(糖和水可自行斟酌。)
Once the rice is cooked, then add vinegar A and mix it with rice then leave it to cool.
当米饭熟透后,即可将醋酱汁 A 倒入米饭,搅拌均匀,放在一边冷却。
After that, prepare vinegar B: mixed 150ml apple vinegar with brown sugar and pinch of salt, stir well.
准备醋酱汁 B:把 150 ml 的苹果醋,放入黄糖及少许盐,溶解均匀。
Cut cucumber and carrots to slices or shape of your own.
将黄瓜及红萝卜洗净切丝或其他形状。
Use salt to marinate for a while.
用盐腌制片刻。
And then dry it out and squeeze out the excess water with hands.
再用手榨干及滤掉水份。
Add in cucumber and carrots slices to vinegar B, stir well and leave marinate for a while.
把黄瓜及红萝卜放入醋酱汁B 搅拌均匀,腌制片刻。
Break the eggs, fry on pan till golden crisp, then use scissors to cut it into slices.
将鸡蛋打散,摊平煎至金黄色。可用剪刀剪成条状。
Finally, spread sesame and seaweed on the rice, side dishes marinated cucumber and carrots. Ta dah... is good to serve for healthy meal of the week.
最后,在米饭撒上芝麻、紫菜,摆放腌制黄瓜及红萝卜就大功告成了。
