SmartCash Food Distribution in Venezuela

The first humanitarian project funded by the SmartHive and voted for by the SmartCash community has been running this month in Venezuela! The project provides 2500 meals to people in Venezuela, whilst simultaneously taking the chance to familiarise the community with the SmartCash cryptocurrency and the advantages of becoming a SmartCash user.

As well as providing meals to those in need, we hope that these events will help to showcase some of the benefits of utilising cryptocurrency to members the Venezuelan community, who are searching for forms of viable currency in an economy of hyperinflation.

Soon to make SmartCash accessible to the Venezuelan community is MonkeyCoin, the first regulated cryptocurrency exchange in Venezuela. We are still a few days a way from going live, but stay tuned for details on the launch!
