There are so many programs that we can do on Steem blockchain, and it is not limited to just certain area, but we can have it in almost everything including humanitarian. We can help other people in a lot of ways, and Steem blockchain give us a chance to create a better plan and programs for them. We can have continuous development and educations, while we also help them to fulfill their needs with those programs. That is the reason why last night I agree to meet Pak Aris, one of the leader at @rumoeh.agam, as one of SOS children Village in Indonesia. For information, SOS Children's Villages is a non-profit organization that actively supports children's rights and commits to give children who have lost or are at the risk of losing parental care of their primary needs: family and a loving home. It was @fararizky who kept on telling me about this children and she really wants to help them.
At the beginning, it was really frustating for @fararizky to make them understand about blockchain technology, they do not understand how this technology could really help them and all the children they care. They do aware about the presence of blockchain, especially steem blockchain and they do not refuse this technology. They even join Steem to learn more and to understand, but they need to get clearer picture about the programs that they need. For that purpose, @fararizky asked me to explain She asked me to talked to pak Aris when he visit Bandung for SOS meeting. I do really appreciate @fararizky for her hard working and consistency to help them, you can check this link to know what she is doing with #projectgivingscommunity @sndbox on Steem: @fararizky/project-giving-s-community-challenge-future-project-for-teenager-in-rumoh-agam-bf9b18be84d48est.
There are things that concern Pak Aris about ‘his children”, especially about their self confidence and future. It is understandable because they experience of loosing their love from the family that they supposed to have. He wants all of them to have confidence to explore and expose themselves with all the best thing they have. He also wants this children to be independent, one day they have to face the world, have their own future and family, and that is something that has to be prepared as early as possible. On the other hand, he also wants this children to have honor and dignity, he wants this children to respected because of their ideas, works, skills, and manners. He appreciates all good people who are willing to help, but he realizes that they can’t do ask people to help again and again. They need to do something to support themselves, independent, and it will be better if they can help others and more children out there. They already start to sell their art works which is very good for them, and people look at them with pride. Very inspiring.

So last night I share my knowledge about blockchain, especially Steem Blockchain. It is totally wrong to take a look at Steem Blockchain is a tool to get reward by upvotes for instant money and in short term period. We have to have vision, long term programs, because when we talk about blockchain, we have to aware that this is long term investment. It is about the future that we need to prepare since today, if we do not learn, join, and implement blockchain technology now, we might lost our opportunity and left behind. We cant expect from others to help us all the time, we need to help ourselves. If we want to have the future, then we better get ready.
We can asked sponsors or donors of this children villages to invest on Steem for @rumoeh.agam, the whole SOS orphanage in Indonesia even the whole world programs and community. Those children should become the creator and curator content on Steemit, they have to see it as their investment for the future. They will have opportunity to learn, to educate themselves from a lot of good people on Steem, and also will open up their way to the world. They also will learn how to compete with others in a good way, being independent and get their freedom, but they are oblige to keep their ethics and manner at the same time. Plagiarism, hoax, spammers and all of those bad attitudes will not help them at all to grow. And this is the task that has to be done by @rumoeh.agam who curates their contents, and decide whether it is appropriate to get upvote or not. The good thing is, all those sponsors/donors investment will never end up, @rumoeh.agam can use all the rewards for all the programs they need or willing to develop. All will be very transparent and nothing to hide, and it will be good to represent @rumohagam to all the sponsors and donors. With this kind of programs, all the concerns that Pak Aris has will be solved, nothing to worry anymore.
I show him some humanitarian programs on Steem, such as @sndbox and @fundition to give him a better vision about what I am talking about. He is very excited about it, and he is waiting for me in Aceh on October 17th, one day before @oracle-d team : @starkerz and @anarcotech arrived in Aceh. They want to understand more and to create the program, so when this @oracle-d team arrived, they already know what they have to do in advance.
This is just an example, we can do a lot more on blockchain, it is a solution to have a better world and future. All we need is just to learn about it and try to have a vision toward the future. Build our own algorythym in our mind from the beginning to the end, to achieve our goals with blockchain. We will get nothing we don’t have it, those rewards are not the most precious thing we can get from Steem blockchain technology. The world in the future should be in our hand.
