The tag is still being abused by many people, especially by the Philippines community. I believe this has a lot to do with @surpassinggoogle's recruitment initiative, and the @steem-untalented contest. People are seeing Terry write about the tag, and are using it to fish for upvotes, but that's just my opinion. The sheer volume of tag spam only makes collection posts like this even more valuable, though that too, is an opinion, and a biased one at that.
