MomentCam works on both iOS and Android systems. There are many languages versions available.
I use this APP a lot. I always use it to create holiday cards. I also use the emoticons in my blog to create my own style.
I installed the Chinese version of Android, so I will use the version I installed to demonstrate.
Creating your comic head
You can use your own photos to turn into cartoons or emoticons. When you make a cartoon portrait, you can choose your hairstyle, skin tone, eyebrow, face expression, etc.
Choose background
You can change the background you like, or you can choose pictures with 2 ～ 4 persons with your friends.
Create unique works
You can add stickers, draw picture with color pen, add particle effects, add colorful text, etc. You can even change your own background with photos.
Customize products
You can pay to remove the watermark. Or you can order some products with your works printed on them.
