Want to build your own IoT device that can be used for different applications? This development kit can be your starting point.
This is made of wireless sensor that collects data and sends to mobile device via bluetooth. It has an integrated power management feature that regulates voltage whether under or over charging so you also have automatic voltage regulator (AVR).
Being it an opensource, you can customize the device with your own program. But where will this kit be usable? This is from the website:
