This is the twenty sixth question / topic of the 30 days writing challenge I announced a couple of days ago. The total amount in prizes is 90,000 SNAX and it's being distributed as 3 daily prices of 1,000 SNAX each. For all the details, please check this post.
We are getting very close to the end of this challenge. It's no easy task to stick to a certain discipline for 30 days in a row. I know that first hand, because I did dozens of 30 days challenges. Some of them on writing, some of them on nutrition, good habits or exercising. There is a certain feeling of relief starting to appear when you get closer to the finish line, similar to the one I experience during long races, like marathons or ultramarathons.
Which brings us to the 26th question of our challenge: how often do you exercise? Do you have a routine, a preferred type of exercise (chess doesn't apply as a sport, I think you know that already).
So, if you do have a exercising routine, I would love to know more about it. As for me, that's pretty simple, because it's already written on my profile: I'm a marathoner / ultra-marathoner, I normally run every week around 35-40km when I don't have competitions coming around, and up to the double of this distance when I do have competitions coming around. I run very, very slow, though, the main goal being to stay away from being injured as long as possible.
IMPORTANT: please state your SNAX username in the post, so I know to which account to send the prize, should you be amongst the lucky winners! Thank you!
You can start writing your article for the challenge right now (some of you already posted, nice), the time window is: Friday 14th June, between 00:00 UTC and 23:59 UTC.
