For the past week or so i have been experiencing a glitch where my reputation is reset and my name appears in a different format and my cover photo does not seem to load either.

It's nothing fatal in terms of glitches it's just that i thought it would have corrected itself by now, have a look below to see what i'm talking about.
The glitch is not affecting me in any sort of profound way it is just a bit annoying has anyone else been experiencing a glitch like this?
