In my last Free homeschool curriculum and resource post I talked about how important addition and subtraction is. My dad always told me if I could add and subtract I could multiple and divide, it was the same but quicker once you got the hang of it. My dad was wonderful when it came to helping me learn basic math, even though he was busy. He taught me the basic understanding and I will be forever grateful for his guidance.
