Who's psyched about monster tournaments?
That's right. Me. I also made a new Bitmoji. This time it looks exactly like me, down to the same outfit that I wear to work most days. Recently, Bitmoji was bought by Snapchat. That's all fine and dandy, but they made me get a Snapchat account to get my Bitmojis back. Luckily, @CarrieAllen helped me get an account without downloading any apps. Now we're back in Bitmoji business!
Monster Tournaments = Endless Possibilities
If you think this game has already seen wave after wave of new, dedicated players and unprecedented success, you ain't seen nothing yet!
Let me be clear. I don't expect to win any tournaments. I've never gotten past the first round of a Steem Monsters tournament. Y'all are just too good for me. My plan is to host tournaments.
I'm still about eighty pack purchases short or being a #monstermaverick. I've spent tons, but mostly in the market. I'd like to take profits out of some of my alpha and gold cards so that I can buy more packs and reach the coveted maverick level.
Being able to host our own tournaments through the website presents us with all sorts of new options for turning cards into money.
Suppose I charge 1 or 2 Steem entry fee, for a chance to win max Alphas, Legendaries, Gold Foils, etc. To me that's just another way to sell cards. Selling cards to buy more cards... that's what's worked for me so far!
Imagine the potential for companies, organizations, charities, campaigns, etc. with Sponsored Tournaments. I don't have anything (besides Steem Monsters) to promote. If I did, Steem Monsters tournaments would the way to go!
