For me, I'd pick the serpent ring for chromatic dragon!!
Because obviously, the serpent ring has magical powers, just like the golden staff that Jafar used in Aladdin!!!
Although, I KNOW that Chromatic Dragon would only use the magic powers for good, never for evil.
