I am a big believer in our ability to bring about change. That we all hold so much power within ourselves and that once we tap into this power or inner self knowledge, so many things open up to us. One of the greatest gifts we have is the ability to love. But, We really need to learn to love ourselves first, before we can send love out into the world.
Self Love
This person that stands before you
this person who's reflection you see
this is the person who needs to be loved
openly and freely.
This is the first lesson needed
in order to bring about change
we have no power
unless we can arrange
an abundance of self love
to wash over ourselves
and bring down these walls
that we have created to protect our inner self.
The journey I have taken with this Vision Quest, the places I have been taken to, the depths that I have reached. Just letting myself go, allowing this natural flow to rise up and take me away. Trusting that what comes up is what I need to know, what I need to share. These words that I write they are within us all, they are our inner voices calling us to come together, to gather together and unite in this 'ONE LOVE'.
One Love
I am not a painter,
my art is with my words,
my power is my knowledge,
my wish to be open
and to share,
to look to the earth
to find ways to create
and to bear
the fruit of what has been sown
into the minds of those
who continue to grow.
This is the universal language
this is what we need to know.
When we chose to take this path
when we open our hearts to receive
all the love will come flowing in
all that we seek will lead us to believe
in the natural flow of all things
in the way that our emotions bring us together
igniting our passion and desire to create wings
with which we can carry one another.
This One Love is our united love, it is the one thing that has the power and potential to change how we perceive and interact with the world. We are beings of energy, how we are feeling, what we are feeling, this is the energy we send out to the world. This is our projection, this is how we can create our reality. We can create ripples or we can create waves.
Now, close your eyes and image the world that you wish to see, the world you wish to live in.
How does that make you feel?
Hold onto those emotions, hold onto those feelings. Hold onto that world that you have created, because that is what you must project out into the world. Live your life, as if you are in the world that you want to live in, make this your reality. Use those feelings and emotions and set them free into the world where they can join together to create One Universal Power, One Universal Love bringing us all together. One Love to unite us All.

The One Love poem I have written also for Day 84 of the 100 day Poetry challenge, I usually like to keep them separate, but my life is so busy these days and as I have written two I felt it would be okay to do so. Thank you @d-pend for providing me with the opportunity to write each day and become more and more creative as the days pass.
