If you happened to visit the central Johor, I would recommend you to try this Botak Curry Noodle, which is situated at city center of Kluang, Johor.
In Malay Language, Botak means bold hair, meaning the restaurant owner is a bold hair guy, as photo below, in yellow shirt.
So this restaurant is specialise in only 1 food- Curry Noodle- so the choice for you to choose will only be small or big bowl, to add sides or standard, & quantity of curry noodle.
As I was planning itinerary for our day trip to Kluang, I read this restaurant is famous among Kluang people. And as you can see in the photos, even I reach the restaurant 2pm, the shop was still full house with customers
The curry noodle- I like their curry in thick flavour , coupled with coconut milk- If not I reserved stomach space for other food, I should have ordered a large bowl of this curry noodle.
The interesting part of this restaurant is, apart from the tasty curry noodle, this restaurant functions like a live museum as well! The whole restaurant wall is decorated with all different types and shapes of wine bottles. And old-style iron of last century, you can also find it in this restaurant ! (I feel the national museum may not have comparable quantity of old style iron as this shop!)
