Nowadays, there are many disasters in our earth, our natural environment getting polluted and destroyed. I think all these being happened due to irresponsible human act. What I can help, contribute and to reduce the earth being polluted and destroyed, I like to be a vegetarian and reduce eating meat from killing animals.
Recently I had visited a nice vegan restaurant which’s located Bugis Cube Mall.
Today I would like to share with you this vegan restaurant called SAUTE, 素特。
The restaurant interior design concept is contemporary and simple. The space of the restaurant is quite small. Beige, silver, black and white colour matching are making the interior looks widen and comfortable.
Let’s take a look on their menu and vegetarian meals introduction.
Western cutlet set such as mushroom cutlet with fries and salad, king oyster mushroom burger with fries and salad, black pepper sauce tempeh burger with fries and salad, etc.
Pastas such as Soy Bacon Cream Spaghetti, Basil Pesto Spaghetti, Tom Yum Spaghetti, and Pumpkin Tomato Spaghetti, etc.
Mini steamboat set (for 1 or 2 pax) such as Herbal Seaweed Mushrooms Steamboat, Tom Yummy Seaweed Mushrooms Steamboat.
Let’s see below what we had ordered:
Hand-pulled Kimchi Soup Mee Hoon Kway with cost S$8.90. It is chef recommended meal of this vegan restaurant.
The hand pulled flattened flour dough cooked in the kimchi soup base. Added tofu, green vegetables, enoki mushroom and puffs.
I like the taste of the kimchi soup base, it is not spicy at all yet appetising!
Our next order is King Oyster Mushroom Burger with Fries and Salad. The price is S$11.80 per set.
The sautéed crispy king oyster mushroom wrapped with charcoal bun with added Saute’s vegan mayonnaise sauce. It is served together with house-made fries and freshly mixed salad.
Love vegan, so yummy!
