Mala Hotpot has been booming in local area in recent years. We can find this cuisine over food fares or hawker centers easily. Because most of local people love to eat spicy, Mala Hotpot is getting popular in Singapore.
Today let me share with you a yummy Mala Hotpot near my work place.

本地人爱吃辣，麻辣香锅近年来在本地旋起热潮。我们可以在一般的食阁或小贩中心找到麻辣香锅。今天，我想和你们分享一家很不错，常常好生意的麻辣香锅。
AMK Hub main entrance has activities, aerobics and line dance, which’s attracting many people to participate. Because it is free of charge, many housewives, retirees and students also come to participate. Today after work, I also join to exercise with them!
AMK Hub大门常常都有跳健身操之类的活动, 吸引了很多人参与。因为是免费的，许多家庭主妇，乐龄或退休人士也来参与。我一有空，也和他们一起动起来！
After finished exercise, I went to a Mala Hotpot at Level 2 Food Fare. From there, I can order my favourite vegetables and vermicelli for my vegan Mala Hotpot.
跳完健身操，我来到了AMK Hub 二楼的麻辣香锅，可以点我爱吃的菜和冬粉。
The Mala Hotpot is priced by the weight of items we ordered. The vegetables (100 gram) is S$1, the mushroom (100 gram) is S$2.20, the meat (100 gram) is S$2.80, and the seafood (100 gram) is S$3.60. For each hotpot base charged S$2.50.
麻辣香锅的价钱由点的菜色的重量来定价。蔬菜(100gram) 是新币1元，菇类(100gram) 是新币2.20元，肉类(100gram) 是新币2.80元，海鲜(100gram) 是新币3.60元。每点一个香锅，就收新币2.50元。
The ingredients all fresh and varied. Vegetarians can choose different type of vegetables and stir-fry with vermicelli. The spiciness determined by low, medium and high level when ordering the food.
这家的菜都很新鲜，而且多样化。吃素的人可以选择点不同的蔬菜配上冬粉一起炒。辣度由，小，中，大，在点菜时决定。
