How are you getting on? Hope you doing well and have a happy new year 2020.

Do you like to eat vegetarian cuisine? Nowadays people are paying attention to healthy diet and environment pretention. Global warming issue is getting serious. Currently, high temperature and months of drought have cause the bushfires across Australia. 20 people and millions of animal have been killed, forest and parks have been burned. The disaster warns all of us to start protect our earth.
To be vegetarian is one of act to protect environment, reduce animal killing and usage of energy.

Today let me introduce you a nice vegetarian restaurant which even attracting who doesn’t take vegetarian food to visit the restaurant.

The restaurant is called Zhenyi Veggie Place which is located at Ang Mo Kio, Singapore. The environment of restaurant is quite simple and comfortable with air-conditional. It is suitable for family and friends gathering while enjoy nice vegetarian food.

Let’s see below what we had ordered:

Creamy Lion’s Mane Mushrooms 奶油猴头菇. It cost S$10.00 (small). The added long beans, lady fingers, red chili mixed Lion’s Mane Mushrooms with creamy sauce which’s very appetising and yummy! It can be a highly recommended cuisine for this vegetarian restaurant.

Longevity Vege Rolls 素五香with cost S$7.00. The ingredients are yam, multigrain, almonds, black rice, and mushroom. But I felt it was bit too dry, and taste so so only.

Claypot tofu 砂锅豆腐with cost S$8.00 (small). The fried tofu added green pepper chilis, radish, mushrooms, and fried beancurbs with sesame oil gravy, very tasty.

The next order was Dried Chili Fried Cutlet Rice 宫保G丁饭with cost S$6.00. The stir fry dried chili mushrooms was matching well with plain rice.

Vegetables curry 咖喱G饭. It cost S$6.00 and served with plain rice. The gravy is bit too strong and thick, not recommend to have it individually. The added lady fingers, egg plants, Shimeji mushrooms, and some potatoes all are fresh.

Above the Sambal Chili Petai (Stinky Beans) with mixed vege cost S$9.00 (small). It added with long beans, red chili, and lady fingers with sambal chili sauce makes appetising and tasty.

I hope this New Year 2020 will be more people take vegetarian food as it is benefits to our health towards a more balanced diet.
