Today I would like to share with you a nice porridge restaurant which located at Toa Payoh, Singapore. The restaurant name is Ah Chiang’s Porridge. What’s so special of this porridge? It is boiled and cooked by Chinese tranditional charcoal.

今天我想和你们分享一家位于新加坡大巴窑的美味粥品店，阿昌粥！这粥有什么特别之处？它是用祖传传统火炭烧煮的。
The store is wide. If you choose the seat inside, there is air conditioning, much cooler. If you sit outside and have no air conditioning, it might be hot.
店面较阔，如果选择里面座位，有空调，会凉快一些。如果坐外面座位，没有空调，可能会比较热。
Let me introduce you the food we ordered:
Buddha Porridge. Vegetarian friends can also visit this porridge restaurant. A porridge boiled with mushrooms, corn, radish and lettuce. The price is S$4.00.
现在让我与你分享我们点的美食：
佛粥。吃素的朋友们也可以光临这家粥品店。有用全蔬菜熬煮的粥，里面有香菇，玉米，萝卜丝和生菜。价格是新币4元。
Century Egg Pork Porridge. The porridge is very fragrant and slippery. It served with fresh century eggs and green onions. We added crispy Youtiao, really yummy!
皮蛋瘦肉粥。粥很滑，味道很香，加上新鲜的皮蛋和青葱，一口接一口，好好吃。再配上油条，很赞！价格是新币4.50。
Ah Chiang’s Porridge was originally from the 1971 old porridge specialty store. The special of this porridge is cooked by charcoal. The ingredients are simple, the material are fresh and original.
阿昌粥原自于1971年老字号粥品专卖店。粥的特设是用火炭煮出来的，配料简单，材料新鲜，原汁原味。
