STEEM Food Tours #63 Meal Lab, Baguio City Philippines

If you're looking for a place to dine in where they use different apparatuses to serve you, you should try this place called Meal Lab that is located in Baguio City, Philippines. Me and my girlfriend ate in this restaurant after site seeing.

The place was actually small, there were only a few tables, so it could only accommodate a limited number of people.

But what's fun about this place was that you can actually play their board games that were displayed in their counter.

They Even have the Periodic Table of Ingredients, which I found fascinating to look at and read what was there.

This was what they served in this restaurant, they have different varieties of food from Appetizers, All day Brunch, Sandwiches and Flat bread pizza, Main/ Rice meals, Noodles and Pasta, Desserts and drinks.

I really found this place unique because of what they use like these test tubes for Sa(Salt) and Pe(Pepper) that placed in a test tube rack. It's like you're attending your science class again

WE actually played this Card game called Never Have I Ever and discovered a lot of things.

We ordered Beauty Blend Tea, I really love how they served it.

They also gave free biscuit with their tag on it.

We had to add all those flowers and honey and mixed them all up.

My girlfriend ordered the Creamy Sausage Pasta which cost 175 Php or 3.35 USD. It's a pasta with Spicy Hungarian sausage with creamy cheese sauce, roasted bell peppers and foccacia bread on the side.

I ordered the Almost Vegan which costs 165 PHp or
3.16 USD. It's Ciabbata bread with cheesy meatballs, bacon, roasted vegetables, caramelized onion and market greens served with sweet potato chips on the side.

I really don't know why they named it almost Vegan but I can tell you one thing that this sandwich tasted delicious, though it was messy eating it. The meatballs were spiced well, the crunchiness of the fresh vegetables as soon as you bite it and the added flavor of bacon. It was my first time to taste Sweet potato Chips with salt in it and it actually was tasty.

I really enjoyed my dining experience here, the service was good, we didn't have to wait long and the crew was kind. You won't get bored of waiting for the food because of the board games.
