Good day!

My girlfriend was craving for ribs and we went to his restaurant is called Canto Bogchi Joint, I remember during 2008 this was just a small restaurant located at Engineers hill and now they moved into a bigger and more accessible place. This is Canto now, they are located at Kisad Road, which is just across our famous park here in Baguio, Burnham Park.

I remember during peak season this whole bench would be full and there would even be a line just waiting for a table.

As you enter this place, you'll see that the design is very attractive. From the glass windows and their designs and the color white theme.

They even added leaves for the design of their walls and fences.

This is their menu. They have a lot of varieties of food from their main meals of pork, beef, fish and chicken. The food here costs around 110 Php(2.08 United States Dollar) to 550 Php (10.40 United States Dollar

They also serve pizza, snacks such as burgers, chili dog and fries, and taco salad. They even have desserts.

Here are the drinks.

My girlfriend ordered the Half Slab of Lomo Ribs( Grilled BBQ Pork Ribs with homemade BBQ Sauce, served with Cascade salad). You have the choice if you want it with rice or mashed potatoes with gravy. I really think that this is currently the best ribs that they serve here in Baguio. It's so tender that you can actually use your spoon and fork to eat it. Their homemade BBQ sauce also tastes so good. The fresh vegetables that they use for the salad adds to the deliciousness of the meal. The Mashed potatoes were so tasty and creamy.

And I ordered the Beef Kelby( Stir fried beef strips seved with vegetable salad and rice, topped with fried egg and nori flakes) because whenever I go to this place I always end up eating ribs also, so when my girlfriend ordered ribs I decided to try something new.

I thought there was barely any beef but when I mixed it there was a lot. When I took the first bite, I was surprised also on how good it was. The beef was also tender and cooked perfectly. I wouldn't mind ordering that again in the future. Nothing will beat it's Lomo Ribs haha.

For our dessert we ordered the Panna Cotta which is n Italian almond flan with blueberry syrup and they served it with a cherry on top. It was so jiggly when it came but when I bit into it, it was so creamy and it tasted heavenly.

Here's is my Wednesday walk. Coming from work I decided to walk to the place where we would celebrate the birthday of my uncle. The photo below is Harrisson road this is where they usually hold the Night Market around 8pm.

As I crossed the road I reached Burnham Park.

It's always a fun walk whenever it's not to crowded. You get to appreciate nature and look at people having fun.

When you walk straight ahead and look to your left you'll see Canto
