This sprouted chicken restaurant is estimated already in business for more than twenty over years.
It can be said that it is a landmark restaurant in Sungai Buloh.
When there were not many restaurants competing in previous year,
There were many people from all over world or country come to eat at this restaurant.
In my memory,
I don't like to eat Sliced Cold Chicken,
If compare to roast chicken,
roast chicken also has a layer of grilled fire scent.
I felt in love with Sliced Cold Chicken when I first eaten in this restaurant.
All the while, I don’t like to eat Sliced Cold Chicken, mainly due to chicken residue stuck at my teeth, the coarse chicken meat, it is like eating chewing gum.
I would like to highly recommend this Sliced Cold Chicken,
because their chicken is so smooth and tasty, even at chicken breast part.
This is my * heartfelt admiration*.
The whole chicken goes to the chicken butt except the chicken head,
basically, it can be eaten without waste.
Every part is so delicious,

双溪毛儒芽菜鸡
这家芽菜鸡估计做了超过二十年,
可以说是双溪毛儒的地标性餐馆,
当年还不是有很多餐馆竞争时候,
有许多来自五湖四海的人慕名而来,
在我的人生记忆里,
我是不吃白斩鸡的,
我觉得跟烤鸡比起来,
烤鸡还要多一层烤火香味,
直到来了这家为止,
我爱上了白斩鸡,
不爱吃的原因呢,
是因为从来没吃过一家白斩鸡的肉质是不柴的,
主要因为鸡肉渣会塞牙缝,
像极了吃口香糖似的。
我会推介的原因呢,
是因为他们家的鸡肉,
连鸡胸肉都能做到不柴,
这是我衷心佩服的。
整只鸡除了鸡头以外到鸡屁股,
基本上能做到没浪费,
每一个位置都很好吃,
并非因为我写文章才这么说,
有机会你来试试,
或者让你身边住这里附近的亲友先过来尝尝,
看看我有没有说大话,
以我在这里生活了三十年给您作保证,
他们家绝对是双溪毛儒地标性的餐馆。
尤其是他们家的自制辣椒酱,
绝对是独特的,
不是说鸡有鸡味,鱼有鱼味么?
他们家就有所谓的鸡味。
这里结合住宅以及重工业区的一个地方,
有许多外国人在这里开设工厂,
韩国,中国,台湾,日本,倒是老外比较少见到,
或许现在有很多吧?不知道,
三十年来,
我只是固定一礼拜一晚上出现在这里,
说不定现在也有很多老外,
因为这里附近有个很高级的高级住宅区。
如果你并不对环境卫生有过多的要求,
不妨考虑这里试试,
绝对值得你花些时间过来品尝的美食。
