Mom said that all kids have dreamt to have a baby doll , one they can play with everyday and can be called their bestfriend . Who haven't been through this desire of having a doll? Bet everyone does. But playing with a doll is not just playtime. This might able to help kids on different aspects of their development.
Let's say , it can help them memorize the parts of the body . By the supervision of mom or dad , since dolls do have same body parts as human's it can be like a body part can be teached each day until all parts are mastered by toddlers. Another possible help is with their speech development . Kids tend to talk by themselves while playing or immitates words they can hear from what they watch or from the adults. So by playing doll, they would imagine that it is really alive and they can talk to it. The development of feelings, love and care would be a great thing a doll can give to their owner. Kids would tend to take care of the doll as how they remembered or how they are experiencing the loveand care of their parents. Helping them to bemore understandung and caring. For those kiddos who don't havesiblings yet , this could be a training ground for them on how to take good care of a sibling.
And yes! meet baby doll , she's a gift for Freia , our youngest on her 1st bday. And look at her ,we consider her naked now because Alexand Freia already removed her clothes. LOL
Since then the two girls love to play with baby doll and sometimes , if only baby doll can talk , she'd say, "please don't pull my arms Alex and Freia , im going to break". They fight because of it sometimes, you know toddlers thingy. But most of the time, they love to talk with the baby , hug it and just sit down beside it. Mom loves to see them both learning how to play with a doll , it's like showing mom how she takes care of them and how they are applying thee love and are to the doll.
