What Is Teardrops Tokens?
Simply put the teardrops token is an 'emblem of human & breakthrough' token, that will reward activities that 'mine the human' (proof of tears) across three steem-based interfaces namely 'ulogs.org, steemgigs.org, macrohard.pro'
The teardrops tokens will find dynamic utility across all three social network interfaces but also by virtue of all innovation(s) that emanates from the teardrops SMT ecosystem e.g a upcoming game-app, a reality TV show(s) like '#untalented' and an entire school called 'legit illiteracy'.
Besides its various utilities, you will be able to power it up in the near future when SMT begins and thus have influence in the distribution of its reward pool(s). An interesting thing is, each of our three steem-interfaces will have its own teardrops tokens 'reward pool' but to be 'whale' on each of the three interfaces for instance, you will need to get (buy or earn) more TEARDROPS to power-up on each interface, independently.
The teardrops tokens should succeed whether bulls or bears, because it is built around humans (our grey-list of certified uloggers)
Teardrops Tokens Vs Teardrops SMT, What Is The Difference?
The teardrops ecosystem will make use of SMT (created by steemit INC) in the near future but for now, it has been created on steem-engine.com so that we can start the motion. The reason for SMT is that the teardrops tokens will make use of a 'reward pool' and users will need to power-up to have a measure of influence in distributing this pool and this is a functionality that will be available with SMT.
For now, by virtue of steem-engine, we are able to issue tokens, transfer tokens and trade them. At SMT, we will be able to power-up the teardrops tokens on the three different interfaces under the teardrops ecosystem, namely ulogs.org, steemgigs.org and macrohard.pro
Where you gather or buy some teardrops tokens now, you will get 'same amount' of the teardrops SMT in return (when the SMT protocol begins), which you will be able to power-up when you want to.
Can You Earn Teardrops Tokens Now Prior To SMT?
In the early stages (i.e now), prior to SMT, you can earn some teardrops tokens sparingly. You can also get a small portion of it 'for keeps' on the steem-engine marketplace. (We aren't putting much of it on the market at this stage. In the early stages, our focus when it comes to the distribution of the tokens is on our growing 'grey-list of certified users'. Every(any)one can get certified by completing the 5-steps here!!!)
The development of the projects and automation tools has been slow so far but that is why we (our certified users) are here to push matters, however slow and gradual.
For now, everything happens manually with regards to the token distribution but we are building some automation tools to enhance matters.
Since there is no reward pool yet etc, we will look to use manual curation and ofcourse 'manual transfers' to send out tokens.

These activities can take different forms e.g ulogging, steemgigging, exercising self control, forgiving, giving, growing, #untalented, #teardrops, inspiring, evolving the mentality, self-sacrifice, directional fun etc Thus, we will look for opportunities to reward these activities even now, focusing primarily on our 'certified users'.
We will start simply by looking to curate your posts, especially those created using either ulogs.org or steemgigs.org
Besides the teardrops tokens rewards however and in the course of our movement even now, there will be a variety of rewards, the utmost reward being 'real human growth' (true celebrity-hood).
Where Can I Get Some More Teardrops?
You can get some on steem-engine. Also as a certified user, you can ask for some tokens too (we want to be a close-knit group of brothers), for instance, to incentivize your efforts to grow the teardrops ecosystem, to give out some in your contests etc
You may want some to grow your respective ulog-communities. This will explained down the road and in the later part of this FAQs.
