Want to eat handfuls of fudge without feeling guilty? Did you give up on your new year's resolution because of your sweet tooth? Are you already eating a whole food plant-based diet, and simply want some inspiration?

Good news! On Friday, February 15th, I'll be offering a 2-hour workshop on Delicious Raw Desserts, as part of the conference's health & wellness program. This workshop is going to be made up three main parts (happening concurrently):

  • I will be teaching everyone 4 quick & easy raw dessert recipes, using a variety of superfoods (these items takste like a dessert, but could double as survival food and would keep you well-nourished for a long time)
    • Fudge
    • Cheesecake
    • Cookies
    • Pudding
  • I'll be sampling out all 4 of the desserts
  • Throughout the workshop, I will also be opening the floor to attendants with questions about mindful eating, veganism, the Law of Attraction, minimalism, living as a traveler, and anything else you may be curious about.

You can get tickets here on the official #Anarchapulco website, for $25. Those of you who know me are familiar with my distate for selling, prices, and tickets, but in this case I have to play by the rules, and obviously need to buy all the ingredients for the desserts we'll be exploring as well.

For this year's trip to Acapulco, I also put together 5 booklets of my writing, which I will be offering after the workshop, after each of my talks on the stages, and outside the Stateless Store where there will be a table for authors.

I've put in thousands of dollars to bring literature that I think is valuable and quick & easy nourishment for conference-goers (you'll find my snacks at Verde Vegan in their grab & go), and I am opening myself up to the generosity & abundance of our community, trusting that I will leave Acapulco with at least enough to pay back what I've borrowed to pull all of this off.

Thanks for tuning in, and I look forward to seeing you in Anarchapulco, whether you make it to my workshop or not :-)
