A Quadrilateral Face of Pagoda in Front of Dae Wung Jeon Hall in Wun Ju Sa temple

There were a bunch of pagodas at the end of the way to the temple.
The appearances of the pagodas were very peculiar and characteristic.
It was the first time for me to see those unique styles of pagodas.
I’ve never seen those kinds of pagodas before.

The first pagoda I saw at the end of the road had a quadrilateral face.
There was a buddha statue in the hall carved at each face.

It reminded me of the pagoda made in Shilla dynasty which was made with the tiles in Gyeong Ju.
Seeing same style of pagoda at the corner of Jeollanamdo province was just amazing.
The pagoda in Wun Ju Sa seemed a small version of the type pagoda in Bun Whang Sa temple.

It was miraculous the fact that there existed common element in pagodas, regardless of such a long distance between those two pagodas.
