Ha long bay vietnam (A place remember) has been listed as 7 wonder of the world recently. According to Cino-vietnamist - Ha means decendent and long means dragon . While ha long bay means decendent of the dragon.
There are a legend say that , long time ago the Jade Emporer who rules the heaven send mother dragon and her children to help vietnam from being attack from the north . While vietnam has been invaded at the eastern sea , suddenly the mother dragon and his child come and mix divine fire and giant emarald and shot at the enemy. The emerald from the dragon fire become island at the bay until now . They successfully help vietnam and they decide to stay as mortal being and help the human. They say, they are more than 2000 islang scathered all over the place with many shape.
Im decide to take tour to ha long bay since the hotel in halong bay is super expensive. Actually there are hotel that not that expensive but they didnt update their detail on the booking.com , agoda oe traveloka.
The trip cost about 35USD . They will take you from hotel at 8 pm and the journey to ha long bah is about 3 hours . Along the way , we have stop for toilet and food for about 20 minit .
The stop is where the merchandise being made . If you have money , you can make shoping there. Dont worry everything is in high quality but of course expensive.
Then we continure our journey to halong bay. The ticket for the entry and the boat if i not mistaken is about 250000 vD . But the tour has buy it for us .
The ship bring us around , while we enjoy our food at the ship. 
After lunch , its time to do a cannoe or bamboo boat exploring at one of the island .
After the kayaking and bamboo boat activities , we go to one of the cave they. There is 2 cave and it take about 45 minutes walking if there are little crowderd in the cave. It was fascinating to watch how the cave being made for long time due to underground movement and water (stalkmite things) . The cave is well mantain and it very beautiful
After the cave , we come back home and its take another 3 hour to reach our destination . I get down somewhere in the town , get my dinner and walk to my hotel
